How do I cancel my subscription? ▼
On iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Find the Fyno app → Tap Cancel Subscription.
On Android: Open Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Select the app → Cancel.
I was charged but didn't get premium access. What do I do? ▼
Try restoring your purchase inside the app (Settings → Restore Purchase). If the issue persists, email us at contact@fynotechnologies.com with your receipt/order ID and we'll resolve it promptly.
The app is crashing. How do I fix it? ▼
1. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
2. Restart your device.
3. Clear the app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Clear Cache).
4. If still crashing, uninstall and reinstall the app.
If none of these help, contact us with your device model and OS version.
How do I request a refund? ▼
Refunds are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, not directly by us.
iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and log in with your Apple ID.
Android: Visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
For issues after 48 hours, contact us and we'll assist you with the process.
What data does your app collect? ▼
Our apps collect only the data necessary to provide the service — such as device identifiers for ad personalization (AdMob) and optional camera/microphone permissions for specific features. We comply fully with GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA. You can review the full privacy policy for each app in the App Store / Play Store listing, or contact us for the specific policy document.
Is my personal information safe? ▼
Yes. We do not sell your personal data. All processing is done on-device where possible. For features that use cloud services (e.g., AI translation), data is processed securely and not retained. We use industry-standard encryption and comply with all major international privacy regulations.
The app isn't working on my device. Is my device supported? ▼
Our Android apps require Android 9.0 (Pie) or higher. Our iOS apps require iOS 15.0 or higher. If your device meets these requirements and the app still isn't working, please contact us with your device model and we'll investigate.
